Mr. Jeep creep, I've just bought a 1968 willy's, and I am trying to get it ready for "heavier than normal" off road use :) I was wondering if you know of anyone who has a snorkel set up or specs of a snorkel setup for a dauntless v6??? I already have a miltary snorkle, but ofcorse the military (as far as i know) only ran four cylinders. I really only need the hood for the carb, and I am willing and able to improvise. Thank you for your time. JOSH

Hi Mr Jeep Creep, I recently bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport. 2 days after we purchased it it started having a check engine light on, we scanned it and came up with a misfire on #2 cylinder consistantly. We have replaced the fuel pump, and all six cylinders as well as the Crank sensor to no avail. Still does it and perhaps worse becuase now it actually will stall where as before it just ran poorly at idle. Have you heard of this and what should we check next??? We are tired of dumping useless parts into it! Please help. Thank you

1985 CJ7 285 5 spd I have been noticing some, what seems to be, front end vibration. I recently had the clutch replaced and it was working fine but now when I hit 35 - 50 MPH its starts to vibrtae. I first notice it in the steering wheel but, call it paranoia, but I believe I hear noises somewhere in the center of the drivetrain. Maybe it's just me but its driving me crazy. I am afraid that something is terrible wrong and that I may break something down there. Could it possibly be wheel balance? I did hit a pot hole the other day but I have hit those many times before. Could it be the clutch I just installed? It seems fine and quiet at idle. Or...am I looking at something more serious and more expensive. :( Can you advise on what I can do to test components and narrow down the issue? Thanks, Hollywood

I'm looking for new tires for my boyfriends 05 jeep wrangler. Right now it has off road super swamper tires on it.. however, we are looking for all terain tires for everyday use. the tire size that I am seeing on his tires now is 10.5X34X15LT. What size tires should I be looking for in all terrain so that there is not a huge diffence in what he has now? I just can't seem to find that exact size?

I have a 1996 jeep cherokee. I use it to drive on a mail route. The jeep dies all of a sudden after driving for about an hour. It takes a squirt of starting fluid to start back up. Then when I go to shift into gear sometimes it dies again, sometimes I can drive it for a house or two and then it dies again. It doesn't sputter, it just shuts off all of a sudden. I have had it to a couple of shops and they have no idea what it could be. Any Ideas?

I hope you can help... I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty with 108,000 miles. I bought it used and have had no problems until recently when I turn my headlights on they blink over and over. Do you know why this is happening? I have to turn the lights on and off until they stop blinking so that I can drive with my headlights no. Thanks for your help.

Dear Jeep Creep, I have a'99 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I have a couple of problems, hopefully they are all related. 1) At times when I am driving, the jeep jerks and the RPMs og way down, then it will all of a sudden speed up again like normal, 2) Sometimes when I get in the car to start it, nothing happens, no crank or nothing then all the gauges go to the end and back. Afterward, I can turn the key and it starts like normal. Any thoughts???
