I have cleaned the throttle body and replaced both the throttle position sensor and the idle speed stepper motor but the engine still revs very high. I get a code: high voltage to the throttle sensor, any suggestions?

Hi I am having throttle body problems and really need some assistance. We hav ereplaced the TPS, IAC, deep cleaned the throttle body so it sparkles, used fuel injector cleaner at least every tank or other tank have used fuel injector cleaner. Have taken to shop oh 4 times now and have had several different answers from all. The computer is still showing P0121 and P0123, have been told it was the computer and we have also replaced this with a used one from wrecking yard. At times it runs like normal and then in last couple of days the idle is fluctuating again and even while driving down road it is doing it without stepping down on throttle. IT is baffling everyone. I have probably spent close to $1000.00 now trying to figure out what to do next, could it be the MAP? Plesae let me know what you think. Marian
