Made from .156”DOM steel tubing, the JK Flex-Joint kits incorporate both front and rear track bars, with trail master’sexclusive Flex-Joint technology. The new Flex-Joint is used in the areas where standard polyurethane and steel heim-joints won’t last under extreme articulation and abuse. These joints share the same characteristics of both steel and plastic, providing superior strength, flexibility, and extended life that can only be found on trail master  products.

trail master’sengineers also know that the JK’s CV joints (specifically 2dr models) won’t last long with any lift over three-inches. That’s why trail master includes an upgraded driveline that replaces the factory CV joints with heavy-duty front and rear drive shafts, beefy U-joints, and yokes, for reliable performance. If you’ve already replaced your JK’s CV joints, trail master’s kit #J4611 (fits 2dr and 4dr models), comes without the upgraded driveline. Furthermore, all three trail master Jeep JK Flex-Joint kits come with longer front and rear, Kevlar-lined, steel braided brake lines, and the company’s SSV shocks that continuously adjust to various types of terrain and road conditions.
